My Chery Tiggo 7 Pro 2023 model vehicle makes a clunking noise when shifting gears while parked uphill or downhill, and when driving, it jolts when I release the gas and then press it again. The vehicle has only 10,500 km. However, I haven't received any solution or response. We've contacted Chery Turkey by phone, but the staff just listen to us and say, "Yes, sir, is there anything else you'd like to share?" We're trying to solve the problem, not create one. I've attached a video as evidence. I can take as many videos as needed because every time I park on a hill and the car is turned off, it does the same thing. I'm so sure there's an issue with the vehicle that I'm even willing to prove it in person. Videos don't lie.
