Chery Tiggo 8 Pro Engine Warranty Canceled For Few Days Maintenance Delay

I took my Chery Tiggo 8 Pro 1.6 TDGI vehicle to Chery Van Berk authorized service in Van today for its 10,000 km maintenance. At the service, I was told that the engine of my vehicle was out of warranty and that my warranty right was terminated on the grounds that I exceeded the maintenance period by a few days. Until this moment, I was never informed that a delay of a few days in maintenance would completely terminate the engine warranty, and I did not receive any warning, reminder or information message about this. The service stated that they would carry out the 10,000 km maintenance, but that I would have to pay 14,500 TL and that even if this maintenance was performed, the engine warranty would not continue. I do not find it fair or acceptable that such a high fee is requested for routine maintenance and, more importantly, that my engine warranty is unilaterally terminated for a delay of a few days, without any prior notification or reminder. I contacted Chery customer service regarding this issue, but I was told that the warranty could not be continued because the maintenance period had been exceeded. I believe that this situation arose due to insufficient information and lack of notification about the maintenance interval, and that I was victimized as a result. I request that the engine warranty of my vehicle be reinstated and that my warranty rights continue without interruption. In addition, I request a review and correction regarding the maintenance fee demanded under these conditions, and I expect a clear and written explanation from the authorized units about how this process will be resolved.

I haven't had my vehicle serviced yet, and I am also required to use my vehicle; you are responsible for any technical fault or breakdown that may occur with my vehicle. It's been 10 days and there has been no response yet.

Feedback was provided but there is no solution, damn... Whoever is around this brand, I will tell them to badmouth the brand and not buy it, and I will also file a complaint with Consumer Rights. You cannot claim that information not given to me was provided. The customer representative says with his own mouth that you should have maintenance either every year or every 15,000 km; I say my car is only at 11,000 km, he says a year has passed, you are playing with people's minds.
