Chery Tiggo 8 Pro Transmission Jerks and Clunking Noise at 60,000 km

I own a 2023 Chery Tiggo 8 Pro with 60,500 km, and I have been experiencing a serious issue with the transmission. Especially when the vehicle is parked on an incline, after starting the engine and shifting into D or R, there is a noticeable delay, a strong jolt, and a harsh clunking noise—almost like metal hitting metal. The car shakes significantly, and it feels as if the engine might drop. This problem has been ongoing since last year, and I have reported it during every service visit.
I took my vehicle to Sarıyer Gürsoy Vade Chery service center. Initially, they acknowledged the issue and asked to keep the car for 3–4 days for inspection by a field engineer. Later, the engineer requested additional time for further examination, so my car remained in service for nearly 15 days. At the end of this process, I was verbally informed that although the issue could not be resolved, it was related to the transmission and required engineer approval. However, I was later told that the engineer concluded this behavior is “normal,” claiming that increased load on the transmission at higher mileage can cause such noises and vibrations.
I do not accept this explanation. My vehicle is only at 60,610 km, which is relatively low mileage, and I have reported the same issue at earlier mileage as well—these records are available in the service history. Experiencing such violent shaking and metal-like impact sounds when shifting from park to drive or reverse is not normal under any circumstances. If this is being explained as “load on the transmission,” then it clearly indicates a defect, not normal behavior. If Chery considers this normal, they should be able to demonstrate that other Tiggo 8 Pro vehicles at similar mileage exhibit the exact same issue. Otherwise, this is clearly a malfunction.
Customers are not informed at the time of purchase that “around 60,000 km, the transmission may produce harsh impacts and shaking,” so I cannot accept being told now that this is normal. Furthermore, the vehicle comes with a 5-year / 150,000 km warranty, which should cover serious transmission problems like this. My vehicle has previously undergone calibration attempts, but the issue was never truly resolved.
I request that Chery Türkiye take this complaint seriously and properly diagnose and fix the transmission-related shaking and clunking issue in my vehicle. If necessary, I demand that the transmission be replaced under warranty and that this problem be permanently resolved.
