Chery Tiggo 8 Pro Transmission Issue Ignored By Service - Request Replacement

I purchased my Chery Tiggo 8 Pro from Chery in November 2023 and I have been experiencing a transmission problem since the first day I bought the vehicle. The auto‑hold leaves the vehicle at 1800 rpm and because of this the car takes off by jumping forward. I reported this situation to the service, they connected the vehicle to the diagnostic device and said that there was no problem. We went for a test drive together and they themselves saw and stated that the vehicle takes off at 1800 rpm and that this is not a normal situation. I also explained to them that there is another user on social media who has the same problem with the same model vehicle, that this person’s transmission was completely replaced under warranty and the problem disappeared, and I even shared this person’s license plate with them. They checked and confirmed this information, but despite this they did not perform any operation on my vehicle and sent me away saying there was no problem. When I left the service, I realized that this time the air conditioning was not working at all and was not heating, and while I was already struggling with the transmission problem, this new problem also emerged. In addition to these issues, the throttle response of the vehicle is extremely weak. The car reacts to the gas pedal with about a two‑second delay after pressing, which creates a serious safety risk especially during overtaking and in situations where quick acceleration is required. This situation makes me feel unsafe in traffic and I find it unacceptable for a new vehicle. For about the last month I have been dealing with these additional problems. The vehicle is currently at the service in Kahramanmaraş. The service manager and staff talk in a quarrelsome manner, do not show any interest and try to send me away by saying “there is nothing wrong”. I also contacted Chery customer service and they directed me to the service, but the service did not deal with the issue in a solution‑oriented way. I received the service document from them and if there is no return to this complaint, I am considering starting a legal process. I bought my vehicle for ₺1,400,000 and its current value is around ₺2,300,000. Since I have been experiencing the same transmission problem from the first day and it may be related to a faulty batch, I request either the replacement of the transmission under warranty or, if the vehicle is found to be defective, the replacement of the entire vehicle with a problem‑free one. I also request that the air conditioning and throttle response problems be fully resolved and that my grievances caused by the service’s uninterested and dismissive attitude be taken into account and compensated.
