Since the day I bought my Chery Tiggo 7 from the Aceavto dealership in Istanbul on 14.05.2023, I have been experiencing crushing of the seats and a noticeable bulging of the seat covers. The fact that the vehicle suffers such deformation in such a short time, almost from the first day, has seriously disappointed me in terms of material quality and workmanship.
I applied to the authorized service regarding this problem, but I was told that the issue is a “user error.” Moreover, I am saddened to see that the same justification has been given to many other people who have filed similar complaints on a vehicle that carries a five‑year warranty, indicating that the brand does not stand behind its product.
Even though I use my car meticulously, I consider this kind of seat crushing and cover bulging neither normal nor acceptable. Therefore, I request that the faulty seats of my Tiggo 7 be examined under warranty and, if deemed necessary, be completely replaced, and that my grievance be resolved.
