Chery Vehicles Are Causing Problems With Their Poor Quality Seats.

I purchased a Chery Tiggo 7 Pro from İstanbul Aceavto bayii, and since the first day I bought the vehicle, I have been experiencing a loosening problem in the leather upholstery of the seats. The loosening that initially started in the driver’s seat appeared shortly after I started using the car, and later the same problem also occurred on the front passenger seat. At the moment, there is visible loosening on both the driver and passenger seats, which negatively affects both the appearance and the comfort of the vehicle. For this issue, I first went to the authorized service, Tekirdağ Köşkdere. When I applied there the first time, they repaired the loosening on the driver’s seat. However, after a while, the problem reappeared and additionally started on the passenger seat. When I went back to the service, I was told that the problem was due to user error, and I was not offered any support or solution, even though this situation has been ongoing since I bought the vehicle, and it clearly seems like a quality or manufacturing issue rather than misuse. I request that the loosening problem on both the driver and passenger leather seats of my Tiggo 7 Pro be resolved under warranty and that both seats be replaced free of charge with new, defect‑free seats. I kindly ask for this matter to be examined in detail and for the necessary procedures to be carried out so that I can use my vehicle safely and comfortably.

Since the day I bought my Chery Tiggo 7 from the Aceavto dealership in Istanbul on 14.05.2023, I have been experiencing crushing of the seats and a noticeable bulging of the seat covers. The fact that the vehicle suffers such deformation in such a short time, almost from the first day, has seriously disappointed me in terms of material quality and workmanship.

I applied to the authorized service regarding this problem, but I was told that the issue is a “user error.” Moreover, I am saddened to see that the same justification has been given to many other people who have filed similar complaints on a vehicle that carries a five‑year warranty, indicating that the brand does not stand behind its product.

Even though I use my car meticulously, I consider this kind of seat crushing and cover bulging neither normal nor acceptable. Therefore, I request that the faulty seats of my Tiggo 7 be examined under warranty and, if deemed necessary, be completely replaced, and that my grievance be resolved.

There still hasn't been any response. It's clear that Chery doesn't stand behind its product. Think twice before choosing Chery, don't become a victim. We got burned, don't get burned.

There was no response. A large company like Chery is causing people hardship because of an employee named e r t e m e k e r; this employee decides over the phone without even looking at my car. As long as Chery continues to act this way, it will not ruin the perception of Chinese cars in Turkey.
