Batery Bet Deposits Missing After Successful UPI Payments
I am filing this complaint regarding multiple deposit transactions made to Batery Bet through the Batery App that were never credited to my account, even though the money was successfully deducted from my bank accounts through UPI services such as Google Pay, Paytm, and PhonePe in India.
These issues have occurred repeatedly over several months, specifically around November 2025, January 2026, March 2026, April 2026, and May 2026. The total missing and unaccounted amount is approximately ₹10,000.
Each time I made a deposit, the payment was completed successfully on the bank and UPI side. However, Batery App repeatedly claimed that the deposits could not be found in their system.
I contacted Batery support multiple times and created numerous support requests, including but not limited to request numbers 23480803, 23505524, 23285280, 23478987, 23477012, 23302778, 22903956, 23028966, 22472807, and 22823209.
Despite my repeated efforts, the responses from support followed the same scripted pattern every time. First, they claimed that the payment receipt was not automatically recognized and said the case had been forwarded for verification, asking me to wait without providing any realistic timeline, case handler information, or accountability.
After further delays, they then stated that they had contacted a “provider” and again asked me to wait several business days, without sharing any proof, tracking information, or confirmation regarding this alleged communication.
Finally, after additional waiting, they informed me that the provider had supposedly not received the payment and instructed me to contact my bank directly and apply for a refund myself, effectively denying responsibility and closing the case without a proper investigation.
I find this repeated three-stage runaround extremely frustrating, misleading, and unacceptable. The money has clearly left my bank accounts, yet I have been left without proper support, transparency, or any meaningful effort from Batery App to trace or resolve the missing deposits.
I request a complete and transparent investigation into all of my Batery Bet UPI deposit transactions made during the periods mentioned above. I expect Batery App to either credit all missing deposits to my account immediately or provide documented proof, payment traces, and detailed transaction records clearly showing where each payment went so I can recover my funds properly.
I also expect better communication going forward, including proper case references, realistic resolution timelines, and genuine customer support instead of repeated generic responses.
