Chery Omada 5 Service Problem

On 31.12.2025, I left my Chery Omoda 5 vehicle at Bursa Gönye Otomotiv Yalova Yolu service for repair. When I delivered the vehicle, I was informed that there was an inventory count in the spare parts warehouse, that this process would last until the 5th, and taking all this into account, my vehicle would be delivered at the latest in the second week of January. However, although 14 days have passed, my vehicle is still waiting at the service and every time I call, I am only told that the part is being awaited and that the warehouses are still closed. When I call customer service, I am constantly told that my information is being taken and that I will be called back, but the process is only postponed without any concrete solution or clear date, including the last information I received today. I have to actively use my vehicle for my work and daily life, and I am experiencing serious victimisation due to this uncertainty and prolonged repair time. I request from Chery and Bursa Gönye Otomotiv that the spare part supply process for my vehicle be accelerated, the repair be completed urgently and my vehicle be delivered to me as soon as possible, and that I be clearly informed about the final delivery date.
