Chery Tiggo 8 Promax Roof Lights Failure, Service Concerned

On October 4, 2025, we took delivery of a brand new Chery Tiggo 8 Promax model vehicle from the Chery Atmo Ümraniye branch (license plate: 34 ARS). However, the vehicle's roof lights have not turned off since the first day. On October 6, 2025, we took the vehicle to the Esenler Aldatmaz Oto service center to resolve the issue, and they indicated that the vehicle needed to stay there and that it could be a major problem. We contacted the Ümraniye branch where we purchased the vehicle to receive after-sales support, but we received a general response such as "we can't say anything without seeing it," and there was no follow-up regarding our grievance. Despite purchasing a brand-new vehicle, we were delivered a defective product, and the branch's lack of concern has caused us significant distress. It is unacceptable to encounter such an issue with a vehicle under warranty and not receive support for a solution. I demand that our vehicle be replaced with another brand-new vehicle.
