Chery Tiggo 8 Pro Max AC Failure Repeated, Still Not Fixed by Service

I have not been able to use my Chery Tiggo 8 Pro Max since April due to an air conditioning failure. The AC does not perform its cooling function. The problem first appeared in April, and I took the car twice to the authorized service center in Uşak. The second time, they told me the issue had been resolved, but just four months later, in August, the same failure occurred again.

They called me back to the service, but then told me I would have to wait 10 days for the replacement part. They also refused to provide a replacement vehicle during this period. Once again, no repair was done, and they did not even acknowledge their mistake.

Never again… I am honestly relieved to be done with them.
