1win Cancelled My Paytm UPI Deposits But Kept My Money

I am facing a serious issue with my 1win sports betting account registered with the email address mahesh24hn****@gmail.com, user ID 360759976, and phone number 60096719**, which I use from India. On 23/05/26, I made UPI deposits through Paytm with a total amount of ₹5000. These payments were successfully debited from my bank account, but on 1win, they appeared as cancelled. The amount has neither been credited to my 1win account nor refunded to my Paytm-linked bank account. I contacted 1win support multiple times regarding this matter, but I have not received any proper solution or clear response. This situation is causing me financial and mental stress because ₹5000 is a significant amount, and I have already fulfilled my part of the transaction. I have transaction proofs and UTR numbers available, and I am ready to share them as attachments to this complaint. I request 1win to urgently investigate the Paytm UPI payments made on 23/05/26 and either immediately credit the total amount of ₹5000 to my 1win account or refund the full amount back to my bank account linked with Paytm. I kindly expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and a clear confirmation to be shared with me once the refund or credit has been completed.
