Samsung S26 Ultra Has Overheating, Battery and Camera Problems
On 16.04.2026, I purchased a Samsung S26 Ultra from an authorized Samsung store in Turkey. From the first days of use, I have been completely dissatisfied with the performance of the device, especially its camera. The device’s battery drains very quickly and the phone overheats even under normal use. In addition, the photos taken at night are almost indistinguishable and of very poor quality. When I compared my phone side-by-side with another S26 Ultra, the difference in the photos was clearly visible in favor of the other device. I contacted the Samsung service center and reported that there was an abnormal situation with the camera. The service center informed me that the images were perfectly normal and that this was only due to lens switching. My device was processed under the service record number 2602775418. I absolutely do not accept the validity of the sample images they shared or this assessment, because they do not reflect my actual user experience and the visible difference compared with another S26 Ultra. For all these reasons, I request that my Samsung S26 Ultra be exchanged with a properly functioning device or that a full refund be provided.
