My Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Still Has No Cluster Update After 2 Years


I purchased a Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Excellent 2024 from Istanbul Ace Avto dealer in July 2024 and I have been experiencing several software-related problems from the very first day. Despite one software update at the authorized service, these issues still continue and seriously affect my satisfaction and usage comfort. The radio channels do not appear properly on the screen and the visual layout is still problematic, even after the update. In addition, there is no possibility to change the digital cluster display, which prevents personalizing the vehicle and limits driving comfort. The navigation feature does not work at all, which is a significant deficiency in a new model vehicle that I chose also for its technological features. Another issue is that the hazard warning system that is activated in case of a rear-end collision cannot be completely turned off and is not offered as an optional, user-controlled feature. The fact that this function is mandatory and cannot be disabled turns into an unnecessary and disturbing situation in some usage scenarios. I visited the authorized service twice and had two separate phone calls regarding these complaints, but I could not obtain any concrete result or clear solution. I was not given a clear timeframe or assurance that the problems would be definitively resolved through software. I request that the software of my vehicle be updated comprehensively so that the radio display problem is resolved, the digital cluster becomes customizable, the navigation system is activated and the hazard warning feature is offered in a way that it can be controlled by the user, or that my vehicle is replaced with another model that does not have these problems. I kindly ask you to handle this situation urgently and provide a clear, written and solution-oriented response.
