If Ajet wouldn't return your canceled ticket, check their website to see how they handle refunds. You might not be able to get your money back for some types of tickets, like Basic and EcoJet packages for foreign flights.
If you got tickets through their call center or agencies, you also need to call those channels directly. Make sure that your case fits with their rules to avoid delays.
Next, get in touch with AJet's customer service. For general questions, call their free helpline at +90 850 333 2538.
For specific ticket requests, call their paid line at +90 888 228 2 538. To support your claim successfully, give all the information about your reservation, such as the ticket number and the confirmation of the cancellation.
Send a detailed report through Ajet's online Feedback Form if the problem is still not fixed.
If all else fails, make a complaint with Xolvie to raise awareness about the issue and inform others.
