AJet Refuses Fair Refund For Single Passenger Ticket Cancellation

I purchased tickets via AJet for a 4-person trip on the Sabiha Gökçen – Bosnia and Herzegovina route for the dates 18–23 January. When I wanted to cancel the ticket of only one passenger, I was informed that out of the total payment of approximately ₺8,000, only the tax amount of around ₺2,000 could be refunded and that the remaining amount of the ticket was effectively non-refundable. I did not clearly see such strict cancellation conditions at the time of purchase and only learned about this situation during the cancellation process. The transaction in question was carried out for the ticket issued in the name of M. Ragıp K*** with the number 2042443733590, and the cancellation request was made today, even though the flight date is still weeks away. I find it unacceptable that almost the entire ticket price is excluded from refund while only the tax amount, which is not actually the company’s real profit, is returned. Such a high deduction for a single ticket practically feels like confiscation of the money I paid, and I genuinely feel victimized by this practice. Although I can accept a reasonable cancellation deduction, I absolutely do not accept a refund limited only to the tax portion. When I contacted AJet customer service, I received a negative response and was told that, apart from the tax, there would be no refund for the ticket price. I request that, for this ticket, a reasonable deduction be applied and that a significant portion of the ticket price be refunded to me. In addition, I expect these types of cancellation terms to be presented to customers in a clear and understandable way at the time of ticket purchase, so that similar grievances do not occur in the future.
