Ajet Refund Problem After One Ticket Cancelled In Same Reservation

On 21.11.2025, I purchased two tickets under the same reservation through Ajet, and when one of these tickets was cancelled, I received a refund, although a deduction was applied; however, for the other ticket within the same reservation, I was told that only ₺198 would be refunded. Considering that I paid around ₺7,000 in total for this transaction, being informed of such a low refund amount for the second ticket felt both unfair and unreasonable to me. When I called Ajet customer service regarding the issue, I encountered an extremely indifferent and dismissive attitude; while I expected them to clearly explain the reason for the problem and provide a reasonable explanation, I was not given any satisfactory information. The approach of customer service upset me even more than the financial loss I experienced, and throughout this process I felt completely undervalued. I request that the full amount I paid for the second cancelled ticket be refunded to me without any deduction, and I expect this negative experience to be taken into consideration, my refund process to be reviewed, and the necessary improvements to be made regarding the customer service approach.
