AJet Customer Support Failed to Resolve My Flight Cancellation Claim
I am writing regarding my cancelled AJet flight and to request a refund and applicable compensation. My booking reference is 3Q6N9D for flight VF259 on 30/04/2026 on the Istanbul – Beirut route, in economy class. The flight was cancelled by your company, and I was informed about the cancellation on 02/04/2026. Following this, I contacted your customer service, but I have not received any concrete result or satisfactory solution. In line with this, I am requesting a full refund of the ticket price and, if applicable, compensation under EU Regulation 261/2004. I kindly ask you to process the refund to the following bank account: IBAN BE77652835544342, account holder name El Zohbi Rabih. All relevant documents, such as the booking confirmation and the cancellation notice, are attached to this complaint.
