AJet Refused Boarding Despite Being Fit To Fly And Denied Refund

I had a scheduled flight with Ajet on 23 August 2026 from Çukurova to Ankara and then on to London Stansted, booked under the name Erkan K***. Twelve days before the flight I had surgery on my hand and had stitches, but by the day of travel the wound was healed and the stitches were due to be removed the following day. Despite this, the Ajet staff at the airport refused to allow me to board. At the airport, another passenger, who is a pharmacist, examined my hand and confirmed that it was safe for me to fly. I even told the staff that I was prepared to have the stitches removed immediately if that would help, but they still refused to take me on board. They did not offer me a replacement ticket or any alternative solution and simply cancelled my flights, which left me stranded. Afterwards I contacted the airline, but they refused my refund request and only sent me an email confirming that I had been refused boarding. Ajet has also sent me an email about my health and fitness to fly, and I am attaching this together with a photo of my hand taken at the time of the incident as evidence that I was fit to travel. As a disabled person, this situation caused me serious and unnecessary stress as well as financial hardship. I had paid a total of £212.50 for my Ajet journey. In addition, I lost my UK internal transfer train ticket costing £55 and an airport transfer (bus fare) costing £25 because I could not travel as planned. I request a full refund of £212.50 for the Ajet ticket and reimbursement of my additional losses of £55 for the train and £25 for the bus fare. I also expect a sincere and detailed written apology for the way I was treated and for the difficulties caused.
