On April 12, 2026, for my AnadoluJet flight scheduled at 8:20 PM, I experienced issues with online check-in and seat selection. Because of this, I contacted AnadoluJet customer service, paid an additional fee to select my seats, and was told that my check-in process had been successfully completed. My flight was departing from Hatay Airport (domestic terminal), and my PNR code was 3UJHP5.

Despite arriving at the airport 55 minutes before departure with my child, the counter staff informed me that my check-in was not visible in the system. They stated that they could not process anything and that nothing could be done. I was also told that the seats I had paid for—28D and 28E—were already occupied, meaning they had been resold to other passengers. I cannot understand how seats I had already paid for could be sold again to someone else.

Due to this situation, my ticket was effectively canceled, and I was not offered a refund for the full ticket—only a refund for the seat selection fee was mentioned. As a result, I was left stranded at the airport in the evening with my child and had no choice but to purchase a new ticket from another airline, which cost me approximately $310 in additional expenses. I also heard from other passengers at the airport that they had experienced similar issues.

I request full compensation for this situation, including not only the seat selection fee but also the full cost of my original flight ticket, as well as reimbursement for the additional $310 I had to spend this issue. I expect this matter to be resolved urgently, as the inconvenience and financial loss I experienced were significant.
