Ajet Payment Taken But No Ticket Issued - Urgent Refund Or Ticket Needed

On 18.03.2026 at 06:09 a.m., I attempted to purchase a ticket via the Ajet website for the 24 March 2026, 08:55 flight from Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) to Bodrum. Using my debit card, I authorized a payment of ₺1,458.72. After submitting the one-time password (OTP) sent by my bank, the website returned an error at the final stage. Upon checking my bank account, I confirmed the amount had been successfully charged, yet no ticket or booking reference was generated in my name. I immediately contacted Ajet and followed instructions to file a formal complaint. I provided my bank statement as clear evidence that the funds were withdrawn despite the service not being rendered. Ajet confirmed receipt and provided a complaint number, assuring me the matter would be handled. However, three and a half days have passed without a single response, phone call, or email. With my flight only three days away, the situation is critical. Failure to board this flight risks a professional job opportunity, causing damages far exceeding the ticket price. Furthermore, Ajet’s social media presence reveals a disturbing pattern of similar complaints where payments are taken without tickets being issued. My formal expectations are as follows: Immediate issuance of the ticket I paid for, for the exact date, time, and route originally selected. If the flight is unavailable, I require an urgent full refund to my debit card without delay, alongside fair compensation for the loss of time and the stress caused by this neglect. Unless I receive a satisfactory resolution before my flight date, I intend to coordinate with other affected passengers and pursue my rights through formal legal channels. I expect an urgent explanation and immediate action.
