Ajet Charged Me Money But Didn't Give Any Flight Pass

I purchased a ticket today from Ajet to fly from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen at 10:30 and paid approximately €180 with my Visa card. The payment was successfully taken from my bank account and I received a bank notification confirming the charge. However, I did not receive any PNR, boarding pass, or booking confirmation from Ajet, and I also did not receive any confirmation email. Because of this, I currently have a payment taken from my card but no valid booking information, and I am concerned about my travel plans and the risk of losing this money. I checked my email, including spam and junk folders, and there is no message from the airline. I also tried to reach your customer support call center, but my calls were not answered. I sent an email regarding this issue, but I have not received any reply so far. I request that my booking be located and my PNR and confirmation for the 10:30 departure from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen be sent to me as soon as possible. If no booking exists despite the charge, then I demand a full and prompt refund of the approximately €180 taken from my Visa card. I kindly ask you to urgently investigate this issue and inform me of the result. The ticket was purchased under the name J. Adams.
