Ajet Not Refunding My Money After Canceling My Flight

On 19 March 2026, I was scheduled to fly with Ajet from Beirut (BEY) to Istanbul and then to Vienna, with return, under booking reference 3R5D5L in the name of passenger Saab. The ticket was cancelled by the airline due to a conflict, and at that time, Ajet clearly informed me that I would receive a full refund. I paid a total of 1,100 USD for this ticket, but despite the airline’s promise, no refund has been made to my account to date. In addition, none of my attempts to get information have been answered. I contacted Ajet several times via the feedback form and the email address provided on the Contact page, as well as via WhatsApp, but I have not received any response or explanation about the status of my refund. I request that my full payment of 1,100 USD for the cancelled ticket under booking reference 3R5D5L be refunded to me as soon as possible and that I be informed in writing about the completion of this process.

AJET contacted me 6 days after I submitted my complaint, and they refunded my money. Thank you so much.
