Ajet Unfair Return Fee

I purchased a ticket for the Ajet flight dated 4 June 2026 with PNR number 479TZK and made the payment on 20 May. The ticket was bought through Obilet and the total amount I paid was ₺1,460.78. Despite this, the amount I paid has not been refunded to me. After the ticket process, I received an absurdly low refund-related message, which does not reflect the amount I actually paid and which I find completely unacceptable. I have not received a proper and full refund of ₺1,460.78 to my account. I request that the refund for my ticket with PNR 479TZK dated 4 June 2026 be urgently and fully paid to my account and that I be informed clearly and in writing about the reason for the incorrect or incomplete refund message I received.
