AJet Refused Ticket Cancellation For Flight Reservation

On the night of 24 February, I purchased a ticket via the AJet website for the Istanbul–Ordu flight on 28 February at 07:30, using my credit card. The reservation code of my ticket is 3S4UBE. Less than 10 hours after purchasing the ticket, due to a compulsory situation that made it impossible for me to travel, I called AJet customer service to cancel or postpone the ticket. The customer representative I spoke to on the phone informed me that the ticket could not be cancelled and that I did not have a right to cancellation within 72 hours of the flight time. When I stated that I would at least like to change the date, I was told that this would only be possible if I paid an additional amount equal to the original ticket price. However, on AJet’s own website there are clear advertisements and information indicating that ticket cancellations can be made. I do not find it acceptable that no support was provided even though I reported my situation very shortly after purchasing the ticket and for a compulsory reason, and that the information on the website contradicts what is stated by the call center. I kindly request that the full ticket amount for my flight with reservation code 3S4UBE be refunded to me without any deductions.
