Agoda Charged Me After Cancellation Of The Hotel – Request Full Refund

I made a hotel reservation via Agoda on 5/12/2025 for Naad Hotel Sarlat, with a check-in date of 15/7/2026. Later I cancelled this reservation through Agoda, but despite the cancellation I was still charged 100 EUR. I find it unacceptable to be charged after a cancellation and that I have not received any response regarding this issue. I request that the 100 EUR charged to me after the cancellation be fully refunded and that I be informed in writing about the outcome as soon as possible.
