Bunun üzerine iade talebinde bulundum, bana bir kod verildi ve ürünü bu kodla geri gönderdim. Sonrasında “28 gün boyunca analiz süreci” olacağı söylendi

My 1win account (ıd: 337202715) was blocked but the reason for the blockage is still not Clear to me. I was told that ı had violated clause 12.8 under the terms and conditions but there's no clause 12.8 when ı checked the site's rules. I have repeatedly contacted the security department for an explanation but they refused to provide any Evidence to support their claim. Please help look into my matter 🙏
