I visited the Zara Akbatı store on Monday, March 13, 2023, around 3:00 pm to return a bag. The staff refused to take the return, assuming the bag had been used. I explained that it was not used and requested they process the return. However, the employee refused in a harsh manner. When I mentioned that I could return the bag to another store, the employee responded with a rude remark, "I'll make sure to inform every branch then." It is unacceptable for an employee to behave so disrespectfully, especially in a company that is a top brand in the world. I don't want to encounter such disrespect when I visit this store. Please ensure that the employees you hire are courteous and respectful. The employee was extremely rude.
