I returned the items from my Zara online order numbered 5408*81. On December 27, 2025, I received an email from Zara stating, “Your refund has been processed,” which also included the refund amount and clearly stated that the payment would be credited back to my credit card within 14 days. However, despite more than 14 days having passed, the refund of approximately $138 has still not been credited to my card.
When I contacted Zara about this issue, I was told that I needed to check with my bank. After speaking with my bank, I was informed that there is no refund instruction or pending transaction on their side and that the refund must be initiated by Zara. For weeks now, I have been contacting Zara almost daily—through WhatsApp, Instagram, ZaraCare, and the Chatbox on their website—explaining the situation repeatedly. Each time, I am told that action has been taken on my case, yet there has been no concrete progress. Not only has the refund still not been credited to my card, but I also receive no updates unless I reach out myself.
The products are no longer in my possession, as they were returned to Zara, and I have already received written confirmation by email that both the return and the refund were approved. For all these reasons, I am demanding that the approved refund amount of approximately $138 be credited to my credit card immediately, without any further delay.
