Payoneer Annual Fee Charged Without Email or App Notification
On December 7, 2025, $30 was deducted from my Payoneer account under the name “annual fee,” without any prior notification. I did not receive any email notification or in-app alert regarding this charge, so I was completely unaware of it and caught off guard, which caused inconvenience.
After the transaction, I tried contacting Payoneer customer support, but I have not received any response so far. I do not accept this charge, as it was collected without prior notification or my approval.
I am registered in the Payoneer system with customer ID 68757948. I request that the $30 deducted from my account be refunded as soon as possible through the same payment method.
