Zara Next Day Delivery Delayed - Extra Shipping Fee Refund Refused
My Zara online order with the number 54110411009, placed on 13 January in Istanbul, Turkey, was supposed to be delivered with next-day shipping. I paid an extra fee specifically for one-day delivery, but today is 16 January and I still have not received my package. Despite paying for this express service, the delivery has been delayed and I have not been provided with any clear information from either Zara or the cargo company. I contacted Zara customer service and explained that I did not receive my order within the promised one day, and that I therefore requested a refund for the extra shipping amount I paid. However, the customer representative told me that they do not have such a system and that they would not refund the extra shipping fee. I find it unacceptable and unfair that a paid service is not provided and, on top of that, the extra charge is refused to be refunded. I also tried to reach the cargo company multiple times by phone, calling them seven times, but they did not answer my calls, which made the situation even more frustrating. I expect my package to be delivered to me today without any further delay. In addition, I clearly request a refund of the extra shipping fee I paid for the one-day delivery service that was not fulfilled.
