Zara Pants Deformed On First Wear After Purchase

I am a regular customer who frequently shops through Zara’s online store. I recently purchased a product with reference number 0858/018, delivered to me in Sakarya, Türkiye. I wore this product for the first time today, and after approximately one hour of use, a clearly visible mark appeared on the knee area, indicating deformation of the fabric. I contacted Zara customer service today via the WhatsApp support line and shared photos clearly showing the problem. However, in the response I received, it was stated that this was not the first time I had reported a similar situation, which created a blaming and accusatory tone toward me as a customer. I find it unacceptable that a product delivered only one day ago shows such deformation during its very first use, and I am deeply disappointed that instead of focusing on a solution, I was implicitly held responsible. I paid ₺1,490 for this product by card and, considering both the price level and the short usage time, I consider this situation as a quality defect. I request that my complaint be evaluated, that the product be recognized as defective, and that the necessary action be taken to resolve my grievance, including refund or a suitable solution as per consumer rights.
