Zara Order Refund Delay

I am submitting this complaint regarding my unresolved refund for my Zara Türkiye online order numbered 54572346072 and return number 24EW5YUN1O8W. The product, a “Double-Fabric Striped Oversize Blazer” with reference number 1255/853, was returned by me and officially delivered to your facility on 21 February 2026. Despite the confirmed delivery and the fact that I have previously received refunds from Zara Türkiye without any issues, the refund of ₺3,690.00 for this order has still not been processed. On 25 February 2026, I contacted your customer service regarding this delay. I was informed that the “quality control process” is ongoing, but no clear legal timeframe or specific date for the completion of this process and the refund was provided. The lack of transparency and indefinite postponement of my refund, even though the product has been received by you, is unacceptable. I request that my return be processed immediately and that the full amount of ₺3,690.00 be refunded without any further delay to my original payment method. If this issue is not resolved within 48 hours of this complaint, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and other relevant legal authorities. As evidence, I have screenshots of the return status and my correspondence with your support team showing that the product has been delivered and that I have not been given a clear timeframe for my refund.
