Zara Order Stuck Out For Delivery - Cargo Company Unreachable

I placed an online order from Zara on 15 January with order number 54555996780, to be delivered to my address in Beykoz, Istanbul, Turkey. The total amount of the order was ₺2,490 plus shipping cost. The courier company assigned to my shipment is Cargo X, a carrier I had never used before. According to the tracking information, the package has been marked as “out for delivery” for the last three days, with the first delivery date shown as 19 January. However, no delivery attempt has been made, I have not received any notification, and each day the promised delivery date is automatically postponed to the next day without any delivery taking place. The situation is made worse by the fact that Cargo X is completely unreachable. Phone calls are not answered, WhatsApp messages remain unanswered, and there is no way to obtain clear or reliable information about the current status of my shipment. As a paying customer, being left in this level of uncertainty is unacceptable. I have contacted Zara customer support multiple times and requested both immediate delivery of my order and the contact details of the shipment company. Despite this, the only response I have consistently received is that “the matter is being reviewed,” without any concrete action, clear information, or solution. I would like to clearly express my disappointment with both the choice of such an unreliable courier partner and the generic, non-committal responses provided by customer service. I request that Zara urgently ensure the delivery of my order without any further delay, or alternatively provide a prompt and full refund if delivery cannot be guaranteed within a very short timeframe. I also expect a clear explanation as to how this process has been handled and what steps will be taken to prevent similar issues in the future.
