Zara Order Never Delivered Despite Paid Express Shipping
On January 29, I placed an order from Zara to be delivered to my address in Konak, İzmir. I even paid an extra shipping fee so that the product would be delivered to me by January 31. Although the system shows that my order has been shipped, as of February 5 there is still no progress regarding the delivery.
When I contact customer service, they only share a tracking number with me, but when I enter this number into the courier company’s system, I receive a warning stating that the shipment has not reached their company. When I wrote to Zara again, they only replied that they were “looking into it,” but I have not received any concrete information or solution.
My order number is 54573575670 and my cargo tracking number is 47116809555900100012. The total amount I paid for this order is about $39.
Since the product has still not been delivered despite the time that has passed and I cannot get any clear information from either the courier company or Zara, I request that my order be canceled and the full amount I paid, including any shipping charges, be refunded to me as soon as possible.
