Today, a Zara parcel was delivered to my home address in London, UK, even though it is not my order. The parcel has been sent to my correct address, but the name on the label is “Carli G***” which is not me and has no connection to my household. I have not placed any recent Zara order, so this delivery is completely unrelated to any purchase I have made. I could not find any phone number or clear contact method for Zara to report this incorrect delivery and ask what should be done with the parcel. I request that Zara identify the correct recipient and address for this order.
