Regarding my online order number 5453*98, which I placed through Zara’s mobile application on January 4, 2025, the system shows — and I was informed — that the order was “delivered” on January 15, 2025. However, no package was delivered to me, and I did not receive anything. Although my delivery address is in Kadıköy, Istanbul, no delivery was made to this address.
When I check the shipment using the tracking number 47114753924600100031, the status states “Delivered to the recipient.” However, I personally did not receive any package. I also spoke with the building security, and they clearly stated that no package related to this shipment was delivered to them either.
Even though I reported this situation through Zara’s live support, I was not provided with any concrete solution. No information has been shared with me regarding who received the package, on what date and time it was delivered, or whether there is any signature or delivery confirmation. Since I paid for this order by credit card, I am experiencing a serious grievance due to a “delivered” status being recorded for an order that was never actually delivered to me.
I request that all details regarding who received the package, the exact delivery date and time, and any signature or proof of delivery be provided to me in writing. Otherwise, I request either a full refund for my undelivered order or that the products be reshipped. I ask that this issue be resolved urgently.
