Shein Order Not Delivered - Amazon Driver Requires Code Not Received
I placed an order for kitchen chairs from Shein around March 8, to be delivered to Dunbar, Pennsylvania, United States, under order number GSU16821N00Q9R4. The delivery is being handled by Amazon’s third‑party delivery drivers. When the Amazon drivers came to deliver the chairs, they told me they could not leave the items with me because the order required a one‑time verification code. I showed them proof that I had placed and paid for the order, but they still refused to leave the chairs without this code. The problem is that I am not receiving any verification code on my phone, even though it is supposed to be sent to me. I contacted Amazon about this and they told me the issue is on Shein’s side. However, I am unable to reach any proper customer service at Shein to resolve this, and I am stuck between the two companies while my paid order is not being delivered. I request that my chairs be delivered to me as soon as possible, by tomorrow at the latest, without requiring a verification code, since I have already paid for the order and the drivers have already had the chairs in their possession in front of my home. I expect this situation to be resolved urgently and my order to be delivered directly to me without any further issues.
