Payoneer Withdrawal Processing Issue After Completed Status

On Sunday evening, I submitted a withdrawal request from my Payoneer account to my Garanti Bank account for $70. Even though the transaction appears as “completed” on the Payoneer side, today is Tuesday, and it will be Wednesday in a few hours, yet the money still has not arrived in my Garanti Bank account.

I have not received any notification from either Payoneer or Garanti Bank, so I do not know where the money currently is or why the transfer has been delayed.

I request that this transaction be investigated urgently, that the $70 be transferred to my Garanti Bank account as soon as possible, and that I be provided with a written explanation regarding the cause of the delay.
