Zara and Cargox Fail to Deliver Paid Order, No Accountability
On January 3, 2026, I placed an order through the Zara app totaling $152. Although I was informed that my order would be shipped via Cargox and that the estimated delivery date would be January 13–14, no products have been delivered to me. In the app, the shipment status shows “picked up by courier,” yet my items are nowhere to be found.
When I contacted Zara live support about this issue, I was told only that I needed to contact the shipping company. However, Cargox cannot be reached by phone at all; they only have a WhatsApp line, and through that channel I receive nothing but automated, generic responses with no real support. When I contacted Zara again through the app, I was told “there is nothing we can do, contact the courier,” and the responsibility was completely pushed away, leaving me with no accountable party.
I am requesting that both Zara and Cargox clearly and explicitly explain where the products related to this order currently are, that my delivery status be urgently investigated, and that I be informed in writing. Despite having paid this significant amount, I have neither received my products nor been able to reach any responsible authority. I request that this issue be resolved immediately.
