Zara Button Stitching Poor Quality Coat And Cardigans Hilltown

I am writing regarding recurring quality problems I have experienced with Zara products, specifically a coat and several cardigans purchased from the Zara store in Hilltown, Türkiye in autumn 2025 and winter 2026. The common issue in all these products is the poor stitching of the buttons. On the coat I bought from Hilltown, the buttons started to dangle shortly after purchase, and I found myself having to resew them just to be able to use the coat safely. The same situation occurred with the cardigans I bought previously: in the very first wash, two to three buttons came off, and one button fell and was lost completely. This repeated problem in different Zara products makes me question the overall button sewing quality. I request that Zara take this recurring issue seriously, improve the stitching quality of buttons in similar products, and provide a solution for my existing coat and cardigans, such as repair, replacement, or another appropriate support. I expect this complaint to be examined and a clear response to be provided.
