I am writing to report that I can no longer log in to my original Free Fire account and to request that my access be restored. My Free Fire account name is “zx shivam” and my UID is 7693384135. I created this account in November 2022. At first it was linked with Facebook, and later I linked it with Gmail. The old Gmail linked to the account was “shivaml***[email protected]” and the second Gmail was “shivam***[email protected]”. On 16 February, my Gmail was hacked and a third party used OTP verification codes to access my Free Fire account. Without my permission, the hacker changed the login and recovery email of my Free Fire account and added a new recovery email. After this, I lost access to my original account. When I try to log in with my Gmail now, a new Free Fire account opens instead of my original one, and I have even mistakenly created another account with the same Gmail because my main account is no longer accessible. The last time I could normally log in to my original account was on 16 February, and I first realized I could not access it anymore on 7 March. I use an Infinix Hot 12 Play (X6816C) device in Sagar Shahpur, Madhya Pradesh, India. I am the original and rightful owner of this account and I am ready to provide any additional information or proof you may need to verify my ownership. I kindly request that you help me recover and restore my original Free Fire account with UID 7693384135, remove any hacker-added login or recovery details, and link it back to my own Gmail so that I can use it safely again.
