Zara Marked My Order as Shipped but No Tracking Exists

I purchased a bodysuit from Zara on December 23, 2025. On the 27th, I received an email saying that the order had been shipped, but I did not receive any message or SMS from the shipping company, and the order still only shows as “shipped.” When I click “track my order,” the screen says “You cannot track this shipment right now.”

When I contacted customer service, they told me the order would be shipped with Hepsijet, but when I contacted Hepsijet, they said that no such shipment exists. I don’t know what I’m supposed to do at this point. My order number is 5452****550. Please help.
