I purchased a pair of pants and a T-shirt from Zara, and my items were scheduled to be delivered on January 14, 2026. However, despite the time that has passed, the shipment has still not been delivered to me by the courier company.
I am unable to get reliable information from either the shipping company or Zara, which has caused both a loss of time and significant inconvenience. Even though I have my order and tracking numbers, the lack of progress and the fact that I have received no updates or explanations is unacceptable.
I request that my items be delivered to me as soon as possible and that the delay be clearly explained.
