While placing the order, the delivery point was somehow set to a Zara store in Mumbai, even though I live in Bathinda, Punjab, and I do not have any friends or contacts in Mumbai who can collect the parcel for me. The estimated delivery date showing in the app is 5 January 2026. Because this is a prepaid order and the pickup location is so far from where I live, I am very worried about how I will receive my item. Today the customer service was closed, so I was not able to reach anyone by phone or through support to correct this mistake. I kindly request that you help resolve this issue by either changing the delivery location to a suitable address or pickup point in Bathinda, Punjab, or by cancelling the order and refunding the full prepaid amount, whichever is possible for you to arrange. I would appreciate it if this could be handled urgently so that I do not lose my money or the product due to the incorrect delivery point.
