I purchased a Dreame D10s Plus robot vacuum cleaner with 5000 Pa suction power from Trendyol and the device stopped charging after a while. Because of this problem I sent the product to the Neon authorized service. After their review, the service reported that the device was burned due to high voltage and demanded a repair fee of ₺8,900, which I paid. In addition, I paid ₺770 to the cargo company for shipping. Despite all these payments, when the cargo was delivered back to me between 16 February and 11 March, the robot vacuum still did not charge in the same way and exactly the same fault continued. Moreover, the product was returned to me in a broken and damaged condition. No repair, no maintenance and no visible intervention had been made to the device; it was returned almost in the same condition I had sent it, only with extra physical damage. I have a report issued by the cargo company regarding the damage, as well as photographs of the broken parts and all the message and call records of my communications about this issue. My product was still under the manufacturer’s warranty and I had also purchased an additional 2‑year warranty. Even though the device is under warranty, I was charged ₺8,900 for repair and ₺770 for cargo, and yet the fault was not resolved and new damage occurred on the product. I find this situation unacceptable. I request that my Dreame D10s Plus robot vacuum cleaner be replaced with a brand‑new product and that the ₺8,900 repair fee I paid be fully refunded to me. I also expect my complaint to be handled urgently in line with my legal consumer rights. Otherwise, I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, the Consumer Court and all other relevant legal authorities and submit the cargo report, photographs and correspondence records as evidence.
