– Date you noticed the ban
• Screenshot the message

Check your email (including Spam);

• Search for:
– “Account suspended”
– “Account banned”
– “Violation notice”
– “TopTop support”
• Screenshot any email received

Contact TopTop Support;

• Use the in-app Help Center or official support email
• Explain the ban was unexpected
• Provide:
– Username / ID
– Registered email or phone number
– Date of ban
– Screenshot of the error

• Request a detailed review and clarification
