I have been actively playing on the Toptop app for about two years with my account (ID: 89881329), holding a Yellow Diamond VIP membership. On August 3, 2025, while watching my friend at a game table, several users began using insults and abusive language. I intervened and also reported the users who insulted me. Despite this, my account was permanently banned for “insults,” which I find completely unfair.
Following the ban, I contacted customer service via both live support and email at least 20 times. Each time, I was told to wait—“today it will be resolved, tomorrow it will be resolved”—but nothing changed. Finally, I was told that in order to have my account reopened, I would need to load 1 million coins, which left me shocked and frustrated.
Throughout this period, I maintained my Yellow Diamond membership and spent around ₺4,000–₺5,000 on the platform. My account still contains my active subscription, personal information, and photos.
I am demanding that my account be reinstated immediately. If my account will not be reopened, then I request a refund of all the money I spent and the complete deletion of my personal data and photos from the platform.
