TopTop Account Wrongfully Banned for “Offensive Language” — Requesting Reinstatement

On Tuesday, October 14, around 3 a.m., I received a notification stating that my TopTop account had been permanently banned for offensive language. However, I’ve been using this platform for nearly two years and have never insulted or harassed anyone. I firmly believe that my account was wrongfully suspended. My user ID is 53708404.

There were approximately $6 worth of tokens in my account, and since I can’t access the app anymore, I also have no way to reach customer support. My account wasn’t under any warranty or special agreement, and I don’t have any supporting documents regarding it. It has now been about two hours since I lost access to my account.

I kindly request that my account be reviewed and reinstated, as I believe the ban was issued in error.
