TopTop Needs To Restore My Wrongfully Banned VIP 6 Account

I had been using my TopTop account for many years and spent a significant amount of money to reach VIP 6 status on the platform.
However, starting from 07/07/2024, my account was suddenly given a “permanent ban” without any clear or detailed explanation. Since that day, I have completely lost access to my account.
I had been actively using the same account for approximately 6 years, and I do not believe that I violated any platform rules. When I contacted the support team through the application, I was only given vague responses stating that there had been a “rule violation,” but no one ever explained exactly what rule I supposedly violated.
Despite repeatedly asking for clarification, I have still not received any concrete explanation, evidence, or details regarding the alleged violation.
In my opinion, permanently banning an account that I used for years and invested a large amount of money into — without providing a transparent reason — is completely unfair and unacceptable.
I request that my TopTop account with ID number 87972940 be thoroughly reviewed, that the unfair permanent ban decision be removed, and that my account access be fully restored as soon as possible.
