Toptop Account Permanently Banned Despite Having Diamonds And 47,300 Coins

My Toptop account under the username “v*”** was permanently banned about two days ago for “inappropriate behavior.” The incident happened in the chat room called “Poncikmüzigin kalbi.”

In that room, I received insulting and threatening messages from another user. I still have copies of those messages, but before I could report them to the platform management, my account was suddenly banned.

I have been using this app for about one year, and I had an active Diamond membership. My account also held 47,300 coins, and I was already at V2 level, very close to reaching V3. Losing all of this without fair evaluation is extremely disappointing.

I admit that I may have responded with some inappropriate words in the heat of the moment after being provoked, but I regret it and feel this situation was not handled fairly. The other user’s behavior was just as inappropriate, and action should also be taken against them.

I am requesting that my account be reinstated, and that the user who harassed me also face proper penalties. If needed, I am ready to share the messages I received as evidence.

I ask Toptop to address this unfair ban and resolve my complaint.
