I can no longer access my VIP 5 account (ID: 88663945) on the Top Top game app for Android due to a device ban that started about two hours ago. This account is mine, fully under my control, and I have spent up to 18,000₺ on it to date. I live in Azerbaijan, and until now, I have never experienced any issues with the game.
The problem began after I gave my other account, VIP 2 (ID: 99691493), to a friend. That account was banned, and since then, my main VIP 5 account has also been blocked from logging in. I even still have the Gmail address tied to the banned account, but now both are inaccessible.
This situation has left me extremely frustrated and unfairly punished. I cannot stop playing Top Top, and I want my VIP 5 account to be reactivated immediately. I also request that the ban on my friend’s account be lifted, as the penalty should not affect both accounts.
I am urgently asking for the device ban to be removed and my account restored without further delay. After investing so much time and money into this game, I expect fair treatment and proper resolution.
